Step 1

Choose which model and which lot you want to proceed with.

Step 2

Fill out a reservation form and make $2500 (refundable*) deposit.

Step 3

Meet with sales team and determine any options or upgrades you want to add to get determine pricing.

Step 4

Go to final contract. *At this time the initial deposit becomes non-refundable, and remaining deposit is due based on selections. 

Step 5

Closing Time! Get Ready to move into your new home (approximately 6 months after final contract unless otherwise specified).
